Our story
Built around the work of payroll.
WagePress™ brings together paycheck calculations, paystubs, year-to-date records, tax-form filing and a free time clock. Employers can review and approve timesheets before approved hours flow into payroll.
The product has three doors: Business for small employers, Pro Suite for accounting and bookkeeping firms, and the E-File Center for people who need forms filed. Pro Suite gives a firm one login for its client companies, with per-client permissions.
Four values
Agency sources
WagePress™ calculates federal income tax, Social Security, Medicare and state withholding from each agency’s published guides.

Visible form costs
Forms are priced one at a time, with no subscription. Recipient email copies are free; paper mailing is optional.
Client-specific access
Pro Suite brings client companies into one firm login, with per-client permissions.
